What You Need to Know

Order Processing Time: Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow normal UPS or USPS delivery time. 

Changing or Cancelling Orders: To ensure the fastest delivery possible, your order is processed quickly. Before placing your order please be sure you have selected the correct item, color and size, as modifications or cancellations are generally not possible.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Are determined by the merchandise dollar amount.

Business Day: Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Refunds and Returns

We hope that you’re delighted with your purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange it for any reason, please send non-customized item(s) back to us in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) back to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s), we process all returns within 5 business days.

Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery when accompanied by your original invoice. Items that have been washed, worn or customized cannot be returned.

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method (i.e., cash or credit card). Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return.

Return or exchange merchandise bought through may only be returned to the address listed below.

How to return or exchange

Please contact us at the email or phone number below.  We will give you the authorization for your return/exchange. Once you get the return/exchange authorization from Choyce Crafts, you will be able to return the item(s).
